Hi, Yoga is not only good for the body, it is really good for meditation too, there are many people who have enlightened themselves through yoga, if people really wish to keep themselves, calm, focused and their bodies to be fit, then yoga is the best thing to do, many people in the corporate world encourage their senior management staff also to participate in Yoga programs, as it really benefits them in being more focused and active in their lives.

  11. May I add another to the list?
    This is my personal favourite book on yogic techniques and methods:
    Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, published by Saraswati.
    It’s the book that got me started out in yoga 18 years ago, and it’s a constant companion.
